Please dress your child in comfortable yet not too baggy clothing. Options for boys can be a t-shirt, compression style shirt, shorts, or sweatpants. Options for girls can be shorts, leggings, sweatpants, t-shirt, compression style shirt, and a sports bra (if needed). Please don’t wear anything with metal, zippers, or pockets. Bring a water bottle of some kind. Lastly, although we train barefoot on the mats, you will want your child to bring some shoes, crocs, or sandals for walking around the academy and/or into the bathrooms.
Yes, we ask that at least one parent stay to observe your child’s first class. That way you can watch your child as they participate along with getting a better understanding of what our program and coaches have to offer you and your family. If you end up enrolling your child in the program, you need only drop off and pick up in the future.
We ask that you bring your ID to verify your name and age.
